High-value field protocol

VIP should mean more evidence, not more pressure

Large transfers magnify ambiguity. Demand written terms, named escalation and hard loss controls before discussing tiers, perks or account hosts.

Unverified offer

We do not confirm a 2× no-wagering bonus for deposits above $1,000. Do not treat that brief-supplied claim as a live Wolf Winner promotion.

The five-document rule

Before a high-value transfer, keep the governing account terms, exact offer, withdrawal schedule, verification requirements and responsible-gambling controls in one folder.

02Withdrawal ceilings
03Source-of-funds process

Limits before loyalty

Decide an absolute loss limit independently of any tier. A cashback percentage or comp point does not reduce the stake at risk; it changes only the later calculation under specific rules. Never increase a limit to preserve a status level or release a reward.

Cash-out pathway

Ask for daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal caps; the pending period; verification sequence; supported return methods; bank timing; fees; and the named escalation route. If a large balance could take months to withdraw under the ordinary ceiling, that is material information before the deposit.

Account-host boundaries

A host can explain published terms but should not pressure a deposit, suggest chasing a loss, or frame a time-limited top-up as personal care. Keep material decisions in writing. Do not move the conversation to an unverifiable channel merely because it feels more exclusive.

Australian legal gate

VIP treatment does not change whether a service is permitted to serve Australian customers. Check ACMA sources independently. An offshore licence, if verified, is not the same as authorisation under Australian interactive-gambling rules.

No perk outranks a limit

A VIP tier is a marketing relationship. Your budget and legal checks remain independent.
